Apprenticeships in Alberta: Facilitating Pathways to Apprenticeship and Careers in the Skilled Trades

The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, a national, non-profit organization, is surveying  participants as a part of its Apprenticeships in Alberta:  Facilitating Pathways to Apprenticeship and Careers in the Skilled Trades project. Through this project, CAF-FCA will support entry into apprenticeships in Alberta by sharing information about apprenticeship and connecting individuals and employers through events and job matching services.

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We value your privacy. All the information you provide will be confidential. No individual results will be reported. All information will be summarized. No comments you make will be attributed to you in the report. The data will not be disclosed or shared with any other organization. All responses will be destroyed permanently once the project is completed in May 2025.

The results of this questionnaire will be summarized into a report for the Government of Alberta and members of the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum, including industry, labour, education and provincial/territorial apprenticeship representatives.

To thank you for your time, you can enter into a draw to win a $25 gift card from the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum. There will be multiple draws increasing your chances of winning.

If you have any questions about the project, please email Emily Arrowsmith, Director of Research and Programs, Canadian Apprenticeship Forum at emily@caf-fca.org.
