The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum keeps the pulse on apprenticeship across Canada.  

We’re launching our first-ever ‘pulse-check’ survey for our members: 

  • Duration: This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.  
  • Deep insights: All individual CAF contacts within member organizations are being asked to respond.  
  • Prize draw: As a thank-you for your participation in the survey, you will be asked to provide your email address to be entered into a draw for a $30 gift card to a coffee shop that is local to you.

  • Turning results into action: We will report back on the results and update you on how we are responding with our national voice, our convening power and our practical toolbox of research, resources and insights. 
  • Confidentiality: Your responses are confidential. Individuals and organizations will not be identified in survey results.
