Who currently works in the Red Seal workforce? Join us and better understand the demographics of Canada’s Red Seal workforce based on the 2021 Census of Population.[1] The analysis considers several socio-demographic characteristics of the Red Seal workforce such as:

-Age Distribution
-Gender
-Immigrant Status
-Indigenous Peoples
-Visible Minorities
-People with Disabilities
-Educational Attainment
-Income

The profile encompasses all 50 plus Red Seal trades. Those working as apprentices, certified journeypersons and non-certified tradespeople are included in the analysis. Comparisons to the 2016 Census are provided.
