Employer Guide Project

The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA), a national, non-profit organization, is surveying participants as a part of its Employer Guide project. Through this project, CAF-FCA will support the recruitment and retention of apprentices and tradespeople with disabilities. Disability is being defined broadly for this project. The project is being overseen by a Project Advisory Committee which includes the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS).

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We value your privacy. All the information you provide will be confidential. No individual results will be reported. All information will be summarized. No comments you make will be attributed to you in the report. The data will not be disclosed or shared with any other organization. All responses will be destroyed permanently after the project is completed in May 2025.

The results of this questionnaire will be summarized into a report for the Government of Ontario and members of the CAF-FCA, including industry, labour, education, equity priority groups and provincial/territorial apprenticeship representatives.

If you have any questions about the project, please email Emily Arrowsmith, Director of Research and Programs, Canadian Apprenticeship Forum at emily@caf-fca.org.
