Apprenticeship Exchange Magazine – Inaugural Edition

CAF-FCA is launching the inaugural edition of Apprenticeship Exchange, a new online publication connecting research, policy, and practice across Canada’s apprenticeship system.
We are inviting applied, evidence-informed articles that translate research and program experience into actionable insights for policymakers, employers, educators, and system leaders.
Areas of Interest Include:
- Employer engagement in apprenticeship systems
- Advancing equity in the skilled trades
- Improving completion, retention, and progression
- Innovative approaches to certification and assessment
- Lessons from pilot programs and system reform
- Labour market trends impacting apprenticeship
Article Overview:
- Length: 2,500–5,000 words
- Audience: National apprenticeship stakeholders
- Selected articles will be edited for clarity and consistency
