The Future of Apprenticeship in Canada
National Apprenticeship Conference delegates shared their experiences and ideas for future action in discussions on career awareness, employer engagement, mobility and harmonization, on-the-job training and mentorship, welcoming workplaces, apprenticeship completion, the impact of technology and technical training. These eight “big issues” were ones largely common across trades, sectors and regions.
