Michelle Willson
Evaluation Specialist, Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work

Michelle Willson applies data-driven approaches to evaluate and communicate the impact of community services, with a focus on advancing inclusive and accessible employment. Her expertise lies in community-based evaluation methods that strengthen disability confidence and promote equity in the workplace.

Michelle holds an Honours B.A. in Indigenous Studies from Trent University, a post-graduate certificate in Autism and Behaviour Science from Seneca College, and an M.A. in Community Psychology with a Program Evaluation Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University.
