Questionnaire for Skills for Success Project

The Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA), a national, non-profit organization, is surveying  participants as a part of the Holistic Skills for Success Models in the Trades: Supporting Retention for Indigenous Peoples. In collaboration with Indigenous partners, CAF-FCA consulted with Indigenous Peoples across regions and sectors and documented holistic models and wise or promising practices for supporting Indigenous apprentices.

This questionnaire will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this research is voluntary. The results to the survey are confidential. Your responses will be used only for the purpose of this research project and will not be disclosed to any other organization. Individual names will not be used. The results from questionnaire will be aggregated and summarized in a report before being shared with Employment and Social Development Canada. All responses will be destroyed permanently once the project is completed in May 2025.
