With up-to-date information about apprentices and how they learn, employers, educators and trainers can support better apprentice outcomes. In 2025, the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF) surveyed and interviewed 344 apprentices. Apprentices identified factors that contributed to their positive learning experiences.
