CAF-FCA and the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) will create and distribute an employer guide for Ontario employers in the skilled trades sectors. The guide will create awareness about employment standards and removing accessibility barriers across all stages of employment. A webinar will be hosted to share the results with employers. The goal is for more Ontario employers to hire and train apprentices with disabilities so these apprentices can benefit from well-paid and full-time employment in the skilled trades.
