IUOE provided input so videos and resources could be customized based on the topics that heavy equipment operator and mobile crane operator apprentices struggle with on tests. Videos use trade relevant scenarios and break down complex questions using a step-by-step method.
Modules for coping with test anxiety
A module for coping with test anxiety was developed and is a part of the Build Your Skills resource. CAF-FCA developed one pagers with tips for dealing with stress related to exams.
Online Red Seal Prep Workshop
An online version of the Red Seal Prep Workshop was developed.
Apprentices are being surveyed and feedback about the tool will be documented.
