Communication and Inclusion in Apprenticeship – Epanel
This report summarizes survey findings from an Apprentices in Canada ePanel survey focused on communication and inclusion at technical training institutes and the workplace. Apprentices were asked about the communication styles of their instructors and journeypersons, access to training, bullying and harassment incidents and whether they perceive diversity as a priority for their technical training institutes and workplaces.
