Tradespeople who use substances told the Canadian Apprenticeship Forum (CAF-FCA) and the Canadian Association of People who Use Drugs (CAPUD) that well-being and health should be a priority, especially as skills shortages put pressure on the existing workforce to meet tight work deadlines.
